1. THE PROMOTER AND COMPETITION

The promoter is Runderwear™ (the “Promoter”), Suite 3, The Yard, 13 Loch Road, Poole, Dorset.

The title of the competition is the ‘Strava 20 in 2’ competition.

From 4^th May to 27th May 2018, we will be offering a range of prizes to those who join our Strava challenge and enter the competition on our website. The challenge will run on Strava, however the competition is operated by Runderwear™.

2. HOW TO ENTER THE COMPETITION

2.1 The competition will run from 00:01 on 4th May 2018 (the “Opening Date”) to 23:59 27^th May 2018 (the “Closing Date”). 

2.2 No purchase necessary to enter or to win the Competition and any purchase made will not increase the chance of winning.

2.3 To enter the competition:

2.4.1 Join the Runderwear™ 20 in 2 Challenge on Strava. This will entitle you to receive 15% off a single order from the Runderwear™ website; www.runderwear.co.uk. This discount does not apply to purchases made through third party stockists including Amazon.

2.4.2 Enter the competition on the Runderwear™ website at https://www.runderwear.co.uk/pages/strava-competition by submitting your email address and name. 

2.4.5 Any competition entries after the Closing Date are not eligible to win the competition.

2.4.6 By submitting your entry, you agree (a) that the Promoter may make your entry available in any media and in connection with any publicity of the competition and you grant the Promoter a non-exclusive, worldwide, irrevocable licence, for the full period of any intellectual property rights in the competition entry to use, display, publish, transmit, copy, edit, alter, store, re-format and sub-licence the competition entry for such purposes, and (b) to be bound by these terms and conditions.

3. ELIGIBILITY

3.1 The competition is open to residents aged 18 years or over.

3.2 In entering the competition, you confirm that you are eligible to do so. The Promoter may require you to provide proof that you are eligible to enter the competition. You should print and retain a copy of these T&Cs for reference

3.3 Employees of Runderwear™, their families, and Runderwear™ stockists, are not eligible to enter the competition

3.4 Any breach of these T&Cs may result in a prize being forfeited, at Runderwear’s sole discretion.

3.5 Only entries that have been completed in full with the entry mechanic will be entered into the competition (joined the Strava challenge AND entered via the form on the Runderwear™ website). The Promoter does not accept any responsibility for late, lost, delayed or damaged entries and cannot be held responsible for any inability to submit entries as a result of computer service, systems and/or server failure, error, interruption, defect or delay or any other technical malfunction.

3.6 The Challenge starts and ends based on each runner's local time zone. Manual entries, treadmill runs, or runs marked 'Private' will not count towards the Entrant's Challenge effort. All activities logged during the Challenge period must be uploaded to Strava no later than three days after the Challenge ends.

4. WINNER ANNOUNCEMENT AND PRIZE

4.1 The winners will be selected within 7 working days of the competition period ending - the Closing Date. The Promoter will contact the winner via the platform used for entry as soon as is practicable after the winner is selected.

4.2 There will be 2 first prize winners, 8 second prize winners, 20 runners up prizes in this competition. Winners will be selected at random from the total list of entries, on or after the Closing Date.

4.3 The 1st prize is a Garmin 645 Music GPS running watch, plus the 'Runderwear™ System' (see 4.4).

4.4 The 'Runderwear™ System' consists of; Base Layer, hat, headband, a pair of deluxe Merino Runderwear™ for winter, a pair of regular Runderwear™ for summer, two styles of anti-blister socks and Runderwear™ graduated compression socks. 

4.5 The 2nd prize is for 8 people to win the 'Runderwear™ System' (see 4.4).

4.6 The 'Runners Up' prize is a single item of Runderwear™ underwear consisting of either; briefs, boxers, hipsters, G-String, Anti-VPL briefs OR Merino briefs.

4.7 There is no cash alternative for the prize, and provision of the prize is not negotiable or transferable.

4.8 The prize is stock dependent. If out of stock, we will offer a prize of similar value from the Runderwear™ product list that is in stock, or the winner can choose to wait until the item is back in stock.

5. DATA PROTECTION

By entering the promotion, you agree that any personal information provided by you may be held and used by Runderwear™ for the purpose of keeping you updated about news, offers and advice. Runderwear™ will never share your personal data with any third parties. All personal data is stored using secure, password protected software.

6. GENERAL

6.1 The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, suspend, cancel, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.

6.2 The Promoter’s decision regarding any aspect of the competition is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
