COMPETITION TERMS & CONDITIONS
- THE PROMOTER AND COMPETITION
The promoter is Runderwear™ (the “Promoter”), Suite 3, The Yard, 13 Loch Road, Poole, Dorset.
The challenge will run on a Shortstack competition page, however, the competition is operated by Runderwear™.
- HOW TO ENTER THE COMPETITION
2.1 The competition will run to the Closing Date specified on the competition page.
2.2 No purchase necessary to enter or to win the Competition and any purchase made will not increase the chance of winning.
2.3 To enter the competition:
2.3.1 Enter the competition on the Shortstack competition page by submitting your email address and name.
2.3.2 Any competition entries after the Closing Date are not eligible to win the competition.
2.3.3 By submitting your entry, you agree (a) that the Promoter may make your entry available in any media and in connection with any publicity of the competition and you grant the Promoter a non-exclusive, worldwide, irrevocable licence, for the full period of any intellectual property rights in the competition entry to use, display, publish, transmit, copy, edit, alter, store, re-format and sub-licence the competition entry for such purposes, and (b) to be bound by these terms and conditions.

- ELIGIBILITY
3.1 The competition is open to residents aged 18 years or over.
3.2 In entering the competition, you confirm that you are eligible to do so. The Promoter may require you to provide proof that you are eligible to enter the competition. You should print and retain a copy of these T&Cs for reference.
3.3 Employees of Runderwear™, their families, and Runderwear™ stockists, are not eligible to enter the competition.
3.4 Any breach of these T&Cs may result in a prize being forfeited, at Runderwear’s sole discretion.
3.5 The Promoter does not accept any responsibility for late, lost, delayed or damaged entries and cannot be held responsible for any inability to submit entries as a result of computer service, systems and/or server failure, error, interruption, defect or delay or any other technical malfunction.
3.6 The Challenge starts and ends based on each runner's local time zone.
- WINNER ANNOUNCEMENT AND PRIZE
4.1 The winners will be selected within 7 working days of the competition period ending - the Closing Date. The Promoter will contact the winner via the platform used for entry as soon as is practicable after the winner is selected.
4.2 There will be 5 prize winners. Winners will be selected at random from the total list of entries, on or after the Closing Date.
4.3 The prizes will be presented in the form of a £25 voucher code redeemable on all items included on the official Runderwear™ website (https://www.runderwear.co.uk/).
4.4 There is no cash alternative for the prize, and provision of the prize is not negotiable or transferable.
- DATA PROTECTION
By entering the promotion, you agree that any personal information provided by you may be held and used by Runderwear™ for the purpose of keeping you updated about news, offers, and advice. Runderwear™ will never share your personal data with any third parties. All personal data is stored using secure, password protected software.
- GENERAL
6.1 The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, suspend, cancel, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.
6.2 The Promoter’s decision regarding any aspect of the competition is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
