The art of the Sunday Run.

Posted on

The Sunday Run is a staple in all runners diets.  As a runner growing up I was immediately introduced to the mythical activity of the Sunday Run!  Some weeks were longer than others but every Sunday morning I would meet my training group and get out in the beautiful countryside for some quality miles.

On a  recent trip back to Loughborough (where co-founder Jamie and I met at University) I saw the Sunday Runday effect is still strong.  Lots of runners, some in groups, some on their own, were out pounding the streets on their way to the Outwoods for some hills and mud.  It inspired me and took me back to the many years of consistent sunday running that I had.  A lot of great friendships were made during these mornings and I am grateful for the opportunity it gave me to meet these people whilst exploring running routes and getting fitter.

I therefore declare that I will always try and get my Sunday Runday in again from now on.  The question is; Who is with me?

Kiss Chaffing Goodbye!
They absolutely work well
Sizing - Lenght
Dear Sweaty Runner, thank you very much for your comments and we are glad you like the quality of the pants. I am sorry the length of the short boxers doesn't suit you. You are right that depending on where you chafe you might need a different garment. Short boxers would prevent chafing in the groin area, but not on the inner thigh as they don't reach that low. The long boxer would be better suited for chafing inner thighs!
Amazing socks
Perfect fitting
